Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Director USA
Reporting to the CSO, your mission will be to grow Secure-IC revenue with a defined set of customers in a fast-growing U.S.A market. You will be dealing with the major players in the Semiconductor market, and you will actively contribute to the growth of the Company. Your role will be to promote Secure-IC’s portfolio of Embedded Cybersecurity technologies, consisting on Security IPs, EDA Tools, and Cybersecurity Services. As a Sales Director, you will work with customers through direct relationship and through partners specially in the USA.
Your role will also be to grow a local team to accompany the area development and the autonomy of the branch.
You will especially oversee the following missions:
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity and be committed to the objectives.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
- Sourcing for new clients/prospects on a regular basis.
- Arrange the regular project review with customers.
- Create technical & commercial proposals with Secure-IC team at large.
- Handle the business model discussion / commercial negotiation with prospect.
- Make sure all the elements concluding to the deal are ready to sign the Agreement.
- Follow-up with the PMO team on the delivery and prepare the next deal with the client.
- Strengthen and drive local sales development by achieving annual targets for bookings and reported opportunities.
- Develop and support a network of local partners.
- Provide high-level customer support.
- Increase Secure-IC’s market reach in the region.
- Create and manage the local team.
- Update data on the CRM on a regular basis.
While applying to this position, you will demonstrate a strong willingness to travel through the USA, to represent Secure-IC at professional exhibitions or to support other regions as needed.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Master’s Degree in business or engineering.
- You have significant experience in semiconductor industry, cybersecurity, technology and market knowledge.
- You speak English fluently.
- You have good relationships with customers.
- You know prospecting, hunting, negotiating.
- You know how to unite around a common project/objective and to popularize high technology.
- You practise active listening and business understanding and you are customer oriented.
- You know how to use CRM tools and Pack Office.
- You have a good sense of time schedule organization and you know how to prioritize situations.
- You are familiar with technical subjects,
- You have a creative mindset to propose the right business model to customers.
