Your role and responsibilities
Within the North Asia Sales department you will especially oversee the following missions :
- Develop business growth strategy with assigned customers and prospects;
- Prospect and actively seek out new business opportunities;
- You will be responsible for developing the company’s business development strategy with assigned customers and prospects;
- Win customer projects by providing a detailed security solution offer with the support of the Product Marketing and Technical teams;
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date and report on your activities to your management;
- Organize regular visits to customers and prospects, either with a local representative or with the Product Marketing team.
Education, Experience & Skills
Master’s Degree in business, complementary engineering degree is a plus
- You have significant experience in semiconductor industry, cybersecurity, technology and market knowledge.
- You speak English fluently.
- You have good relationships with customers.
- You know prospecting, hunting, negotiating.
- You know how to unite around a common project/objective and to popularize high technology.
- You practise active listening and business understanding and you are customer oriented.
- You know how to use CRM tools and Pack Office.
- You have a good sense of time schedule organization and you know how to prioritize situations.
- You are familiar with technical subjects,
- You have a creative mindset to propose the right business model to customers.
