Secure-IC is Rennes School of Business’ partner to train tomorrow’s managers in cyber security
Secure-IC, the rising leader and only global provider of end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for embedded systems and connected objects today announced today the signing of a partnership with Rennes School of Business.
Under this partnership, Secure-IC is sponsoring the cybersecurity program given in the first year of the French “Programme Grande École”. This course is aimed at students who have graduated from preparatory classes for the “Grandes Écoles”, i.e. prestige university-level college (70%) and other courses (30%) (2-year higher education courses and university degrees, often with an economic, business, or legal focus).
Secure-IC has developed a tailor-made module around the theme “Entrepreneurship in the cybersecurity field – The case of Secure-IC, leading player in embedded cybersecurity”. This module is part of a Chair program called Global Tech & Cybersecurity, which addresses the growing need to train managers on cyber risks.
Sylvain Guilley, co-founder and CTO of Secure-IC (also a teacher at Telecom ParisTech) and worldwide recognized expert in cybersecurity, will be the main speaker for the students.

In addition, with Secure-IC’s extremely fast international development, we will be recruiting around 100 new employees over the next five years, with technical and business profiles. Rennes School of Business offers two advantages for a company such as ours: high-quality bilingual teaching and proximity to the technology companies of the area, particularly the cyber-tech sector in Rennes.”

The relationships established by our Cyber Risk Governance Chair with the very dynamic Brittany cybersecurity ecosystem will contribute to the visibility of this partnership and the opportunities offered to our students.”
