Hassan TRIQUI, Co-Founder – CEO and President
Hassan TRIQUI has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to spearheading Secure-IC’s development into a major player in embedded cybersecurity solutions, Hassan was a former senior executive at Thales and Technicolor Thomson.
Hassan holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA), as well as a MBA from Rennes School of Business.
Hassan is a pioneer, a Brittany Tech patriot, and passionate about providing solutions that generate the real trust that clients deserve.
Hassan is involved in the community at large and more specifically in the French technopole of Brittany. He is a member of the board of Directors of BCI (Bretagne Commerce International), a member of the POOOL cockpit, the executive body of the association whose mission is to contribute to the economic development and attractiveness of the region by promoting the emergence of innovation. He is also the sponsor of the 7th class of POOOL’s StartMeUp acceleration program, which aims to support businessmen in their project launch and company creation.
Dr. Sylvain GUILLEY, Co-Founder and CTO
Sylvain GUILLEY is co-founder and CTO at Secure-IC. Sylvain is also professor at Télécom Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris), associate research at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS), and adjunct professor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). His research interests include trusted computing, cyber-physical security, secure prototyping in FPGA and ASIC, and formal / mathematical methods.
Since 2012, he has been organizing the PROOFS workshop, which brings together researchers whose objective is to increase the trust in the security of embedded systems. Sylvain is also lead editor of international standards, such as ISO/IEC 20897 (Physically Unclonable Functions) and ISO/IEC 20085 (Calibration of non-invasive testing tools) and ISO/IEC 17825 (Side-Channel Analysis).
Sylvain has co-authored over 300 research papers and filed 45+ patents. He is member of the IACR and senior member of the IEEE and the CryptArchi club. He is alumni from the École Polytechnique (X’97) and Télécom Paris (PhD 2011).
Karine LORVELLEC, Chief Operations Officer
After graduating in Electronics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA), Karine LORVELLEC worked for 12 years as an ASIC designer for broadcast encoders at Thomson.
Karine joined Secure-IC to manage a team in charge of developing a set of technologies to address the security issues of our interconnected world before becoming Secure-IC’s Chief Operating Officer.
Charles THOORIS, Chief Sales Officer
Charles THOORIS was appointed Director of Secure-IC Pte Ltd (Secure-IC’s subsidiary in Singapore) and Sales Director of Secure-IC in 2014. He was previously in charge of Sales & Marketing of the Asia-Pacific area. He has been based in Singapore since 2012.
Charles graduated from the French aerospace engineering school Supaero completed by a master’s degree in Engineering Management.
Yan-Tarō CLOCHARD, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice-President of Sales North Asia
Yan-Tarō Clochard is the director and founder of the branch of Secure-IC K.K. (Secure-IC’s subsidiary in Japan). He was also appointed Chief Marketing Officer and Vice-President of Sales North Asia.
He is a former member of the French Embassy in Japan, developing bilateral cooperation in Science and Technology (including cybersecurity, 5G, AI, etc.). He previously worked in the Telecommunication industry for Nokia as pre-sales manager for mobile networks. He graduated in Electronics Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure de l’Électronique et de ses Applications (ENSEA) in France and holds a master in Business from ESSEC Business School (France/Singapore).
Julie ROSÉ, Finance, Talents and ESG Director
After graduating in Finance at the Montpellier Business School (MBS), Julie ROSÉ worked for 2 years as cost controller at CGI in Rennes. She then moved abroad and worked in Canada in the accounting department of the W Hotel in Montreal.
She joined Secure-IC in 2016 as cost controller, and is now Finance and Talent Performance Director.
Dr. Youssef SOUISSI, Senior Engineering Director & Deputy CTO
Youssef SOUISSI is a senior cyber security expert. He is Engineer and PhD, along side a Master of Science in architecture and security of embedded systems. He is alumnus of the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and Télécom Paris.
At Secure-IC, he used to be the head of the Threat Analysis Business Line in charge of the hardware and software security evaluation for embedded systems, according to international standards.
Currently, he is leading the Think Ahead business line for security research, innovation and consulting. Moreover, as head of the CTO Office, he is in charge of the technical roadmap and strategic projects.
Dr. Khaled KARRAY, Evaluation & Consulting Engineering Director
Khaled KARRAY is a senior expert in embedded system security. After graduating in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering from the Tunisia Polytechnic School, he obtained a master’s degree from the University of Montpellier (France) in Microelectronics. He then enrolled in a PhD program with PSA Group (Stellantis since 2021) at the University of Paris-Saclay (Télécom ParisTech).
He has held several positions at Secure-IC as program manager for pre-silicon security evaluation tools as well as System Level Automotive security. Khaled currently leads the Threat Analysis Business Line in charge of the development of advanced tools for evaluating hardware and software security of embedded systems.
Janie QUENOUILLER, Project Management Office Director
Janie QUENOUILLER was appointed Director of Project Management Office in 2022. After graduating in Mathematics applied to Cryptography from the University Rennes 1 in France, Janie worked for 2 years as Cryptographic engineer before joining Secure-IC in 2012.
Janie has held several positions at Secure-IC, as R&D engineer and as product line manager for post-silicon security evaluation tools and she participated to the development of new features for those products.
