In accordance with the provisions of European General Data Protection Regulation of 2016 and implemented since 2018 as amended, the User has the right to access, modify, opposite and delete information collected by Secure-IC. To exercise this right, the User must send a message to the following address: dpo[AT]secure-ic.com.
The information collected in the questionnaires is recorded in a computerized file by Secure-IC. The legal basis for processing is consent. Data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaires must be provided. Otherwise we will not be able to contact you.
The data collected will only be communicated to the following recipients: Marketing and Sales services for the general contact form and HR Services for the recruitment form.
They are kept for 3 years after collection by the data controller or 3 years after the last contact with the person whose personal information is being processed.
You can access, rectify or request the deletion of your data or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
