The 2022 International Conference on the EU Cybersecurity Act
24-25 May 2022 | Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place
The 2022 International Conference on the EU Cybersecurity Act has been developed to help standards community prepare for the evolution of risk-based frameworks meant to address market fragmentation in the EU.
The Cybersecurity Act will establish a European cybersecurity certification framework for ICT products, services and processes. Current schemes may be incorporated into this new framework, or may need to evolve to the fit the regulatory changes. The conference will cover the potential effects on current schemes and regulatory mandates, as well as new potential candidate schemes for key industry verticals such as IoT, cloud, communications, payments, automotive, and more.
Secure-IC which is involved in many initiatives including the contribution to standardization bodies to make cybersecurity progress and to share knowledge and expertise with the community has naturally chosen to support the conference for the second consecutive year.
Secure-IC will also directly take part to the conference with different talks:
- “Validation of Cryptographic Protocols with Common Criteria” by Ritu-Ranjan Shrivastwa, Certification Program Manager at Secure-IC on May 24 at 4:00 P.M.
- “Multi-Certified Root-of-Trust: Exploiting Synergies” by Sylvain Guilley, CTO of Secure-IC on May 25 at 9:30 A.M.
