Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Finance, as a Financial Controller, you will manage and report on accounting, treasury and financial control activities for all Secure-IC sites (headquarters and subsidiaries).

• Manage budgetary monitoring of costs
• Consolidate monthly P&L dashboards (combined + subsidiaries)
• Manage cash flow (combined + subsidiaries)
• Monitor profitability by customer project
• Review WCR (Working Capital Requirement) calculations and monitor the main components of WCR (accounts receivable, etc.).
• Draw up sales forecasts
• Propose new KPIs and dashboards to optimize the decision-making process
• Draw up annual and semi-annual budgets
• Draw up Research Tax Credit (CIR) and R&D subsidies (semi-annual and annual)
• Respond to various requests for financial or project analysis (loans, grants, business plans, etc.)
• Provide ad hoc support for proper accounting/bookkeeping

Education, Experience & Skills

• You have a Master 2 in Financial Control (Business School, University or IAE).
• You have 3 to 5 years’ significant experience in financial control.
• You have a good command of budget management and a sound knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
• You are comfortable drawing up and monitoring performance indicators.
• You are rigorous, a team player and discreet.
• You are familiar with tools such as OnlyOffice, MS Office, MS Power BI and JIRA.
• You have experience with ERP (ideally Sage X3) and CRM (ideally Hubspot).
• You are fluent in English.
